We now ship a default HP Laptop hardware profile but hardware is purely a downstream party.

Let's ship a mostly compatible Intel and AMD hardware profile so a downstream can get started with something. But we should document that downstream is responsible for creating hardware profiles for the hardware in use. Alternatively the nixos-hardware repo can be leveraged by downstream.
