The Mastodon client (Tokodon) is hard-wired into the Plasma package list; a deployment cannot drop it without an mkForce on the whole list.

Fix: gate behind dawo.desktop.plasma.socialClient (default true, unchanged for existing hosts). An overlay disables it.

Fix commit: ed22aa1

Tested, written and integrated by a human; the code is AI-assisted.
