OSV2020 apportionment wrapper

Prerequisites: Java Development Kit (JDK), tested with OpenJKDK 25

First download the OSV2020 source code:

./download-osv2020-code.sh

Then install the apportionment wrapper:

./gradlew installDist

Copyright © 2026 Kiesraad. Licenced under EUPL-1.2. The OSV2020 source code is not released under EUPL-1.2 but under its own licence, included in the zip file with the code.
