On my account page https://code.overheid.nl/user/settings/account "Forgot password?" links to https://code.overheid.nl/user/forgot_password?email=***redacted***:

Account recovery is disabled because no email is set up. Please contact your site administrator.

or in Dutch:

Accountherstel is uitgeschakeld omdat er geen e-mailadres is ingesteld. Neem alstublieft contact op met uw administrator.
